Tried some groomer in the city but they usually stress my cats out a lot. Not XMMO though! I think the price is pretty reasonable for what they’re doing, and XMMO also sends you pictures of the grooming process so you can have some peace of mind. The booking process is smooth, and they’re also good with communication/quick to respond on Instagram. Even though they’re further out from the city now, we don’t mind driving out to get the cats groomed since it’s once every couple months anyway. My cats always come back smelling good and softer than before we leave them?? Tbh they look a little funny/scrappy after their haircut but the fur always grows back really nice! I’ll definitely keep going to XMMO for all my cat grooming needs :)

First time Visitor and loved the service. We turned up early and were able to get in ahead of time. My cat suffer anxiety and Ben and his partner were so kind & caring. Providing my boy with his favourite Churu as a distraction! We even got a feather wand toy on departure. We got a teddy bear cut and are thrilled with the look.
