At XMMO, every meal is prepared in-house using fresh, human-grade ingredients. Cats are obligate carnivores and require moist, protein-rich food to thrive.
Our menus rotate between raw and gently cooked meals, carefully balanced with essential supplements — including taurine, a vital nutrient often lacking or absent in dry diets. Meals are adjusted to each cat’s appetite and tolerance, supporting hydration, digestion, and overall wellbeing throughout their stay.

Understanding Cat Care at XMMO
XMMO is not suitable for every cat. First-time stays are capped at 2 weeks. Booking or payment does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline any booking that does not meet our policies — read our Terms & FAQs before requesting a stay.
Cats with chronic medical conditions or extreme separation anxiety may be refused. Any required vet visits and costs are the owner’s responsibility. Your cat’s wellbeing always comes before your booking.

Mandatory Flea Treatment on Arrival
XMMO is a flea-free salon
XMMO is a strictly flea-free facility. Flea treatment on arrival is compulsory — no exceptions.
You may bring your own flea treatment for us to administer at check-in, or purchase one from us on the spot. Cats without flea treatment will not be accepted into the hotel. This policy is non-negotiable and protects every cat in our care.

Playing Time & Socialisation
At XMMO, cats enjoy one-on-one playtime, never mixed with unfamiliar boarding cats. Each guest is let out individually for enrichment, exploration, and interaction — at their own pace.
For cats that enjoy company, optional supervised socialisation can be requested with our resident cats: Suki (Bengal, 15 months), Skye (Ragdoll, 5 years), and Ivy (Ragdoll, 3 years). Social time is carefully assessed and only offered when it benefits your cat.
