Two room types, both private.
Every room is a private suite — no shared airspace, no cage stacking. Choose based on how many cats are travelling together.

We say no to Royal Canin.
We made fresh, for cats.
Every meal is prepared in-house from fresh, human-grade ingredients by our veterinary team. Cats are obligate carnivores and need moist, protein-rich food — not dry fillers.

04 — Daily Care & Play
Cats don’t just stay here.
They’re engaged.
Every cat gets dedicated one-on-one playtime, enrichment, and human interaction. We observe, play, and respond to who your cat actually is — not just keep them contained. You’ll get an update every 3–4 days. We don’t offer live CCTV; we choose real presence over a screen. Supervised socialisation with our resident cats can be requested and is only offered when it benefits your cat.

05 — Onboarding Requirements
What every cat needs before checking in.

- Annual F3 vaccination certificate
XMMO is a strictly flea-free facility. Flea treatment on arrival is compulsory, no exceptions. Bring your own treatment for us to administer at check-in, or purchase one on the spot — cats without flea treatment can’t be accepted. This protects every cat in our care.
06 — Policies
XMMO isn’t suitable for every cat. First-time stays are capped at two weeks. Booking or payment doesn’t guarantee acceptance — we may decline any booking that doesn’t meet our policies, and cats with chronic medical conditions or extreme separation anxiety may be refused. Any required vet visits and costs are the owner’s responsibility.
